1. What is K1gifts.com ?

2. What details do I need to provide while ordering a gift?

Recipients name ,Complete delivery address, along with the pin code, Contact number of the recipient, Date of delivery, Time of delivery will be needed in case of products that are delivered by hand, Senders name and Billing information.

3. What is my Cart?

Like shopping carts in a retail store, My Cart helps you keep the things you want at one place, while you continue browsing or leave the site to think about it.

4. How do I use gift vouchers and/or discount codes?

You can use the gift voucher or the discount coupon code at the ‘Order Summary’ section during the checkout process. There is an option to enter the code at the bottom left hand side of this section. You cannot apply both coupon code and gift voucher at the same time. You can use only one thing at a time.

5. Are there any shipping charges?

There are no Shipping Charges for Standard Delivery and all couriers delivered made within India.

6. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an email & SMS along with your order number.

7.  How can I make a change in my order or cancel it?

Same day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be modified/cancelled. However, in case you want to modify/cancel an order, you can reach us on +91 9887873555 during Monday to Sunday between 9 am to 9 pm
If the order has not been prepared or is not out for delivery, we will try to modify/cancel the order for you. If the order has already been prepared/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled/modified and you will be charged for the order.
Order cancellation is initiated instantly but it takes 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in the bank account.

8. What do I do if my payment is deducted but my order is not placed?

In rare instances when you have made the payment and have not received an order confirmation email within 24hours, contact our customer care at +91-9887873555 during Monday to Sunday between 9 am to 9 pm
